“I just wanted to thank you very much for yesterdays session. I very much enjoyed being able to come along and join the group. I found the session quite profound in many ways, including personally.

I also wanted to thank you so kindly for including me as a group member with the wonderful sketchbook to work from and the pencils and board.  I will be working with these and with the frame I took away for my autobiographical piece.

I was so interested that as the session went on people I sat with began to bring out their strengths and their struggles - some of these really deep and difficult. Creativity, and a group setting, has always been a way I have worked - it can bring a place of safety and belonging where these inner issues can sadly emerge. How wonderful to be with the group and witness this happening.  Thank you so very much.”

“I had a fabulous time. A lesson for me to just stop and go with the moment rather than trying to fit too many things into an afternoon. Very inspirational. ”
